TQC Dry Film Thickness Tester

SuperPIG dry film thickness tester is a destructive precision dry film thickness testing tool used to detect and measure the thickness of single-layer or multi-layer coatings on many substrates (including wood, plastic, metal, etc.). It can also observe and measure substrates and films. Make a small incision on the paint layer and use an integrated microscope crosshair. SP1100 is a relatively stable instrument, and the integrated microscope has good focusing performance. The microscope has dual scales (millimeters and inches), allowing you to calculate based on micrometers and nanometers. Due to the sealing of the rubber end cap on the microscope, the interference of ambient light is reduced, so when observed through the microscope, you can better focus on the sample.
